The involvement of individual physicians is vital to the success of the AMA's grassroots lobbying efforts. Even more than any professional lobbyist in Washington, only the individual physician can give federal legislators the most accurate picture about how the issues really affect you as a physician and your daily life.

We encourage all physicians to use the services available at the AMA's Grassroots Action Center so that you can watch what is happening in Congress and directly contact your lawmakers and let them know how you feel about current federal issues.
